He was a 100% professional and the nicest guy you'd want representing you. He guided me through the sell advising me on what to do to get the most out of the property. When he came to do the photos, people started coming making offers. It sold right away. A number of years later, I decided to move to GA. I called Patrick and he went to check out the houses I had looked at online. He helped me get this house before I sold the other. He is upstanding , honest and ethical. I still call and ask for his input on things related to my property. He returns my calls and guides me to the resources I need. I rate him a 5 out of 5.
