Georgia has always been home — even when life took me somewhere else for a while.

I was born in Sandersville, Georgia, and though my family moved to South Florida when I was young, the pull of the Peach State never left me. In September 2000, I made it official and came back for good. Over the past 25 years, I've watched Georgia grow from the inside out — and I wouldn't trade that front-row seat for anything.

As a Georgia-licensed real estate agent since 1997 and Associate Broker — with active transactions spanning over a decade — I bring more than just market knowledge to the table. I also hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations, reflecting advanced training in both buyer and seller representation. I own and operate a property management company and hold rental properties of my own, so when I talk about real estate as a long-term investment, I'm speaking from personal experience, not just professional advice. Before real estate, I built a career in senior marketing and sales leadership across the travel industry — including 14 years at Alamo Rent A Car, rising to Senior Marketing Manager; Director of Partner Marketing at Worldspan/Travelport, managing multi-million dollar supplier accounts and global advertising strategy; and Director of Marketing at Delta Vacations (formerly MLT Vacations), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, where I led the marketing department through a full headquarters transition while exceeding revenue targets. That background shapes everything about how I approach a listing — with a marketer's eye for positioning and presentation, a salesperson's discipline for follow-through, and a negotiator's instincts for protecting what matters most. Most agents just sell homes. I sell them strategically.

Outside of work, my world revolves around family. My wife Averil and I are proud Powder Springs residents, and we're in that exciting season of life watching our two kids, Ciana and Caleb, spread their wings in college. We attend Mount Paran Church of God in Atlanta, where our faith community helps keep us centered. And keeping us grounded at home is Uno, our tiny yet feisty rescue chihuahua mix who reminds us daily that the very best things in life are sometimes the ones we never planned on.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me in the kitchen cooking or baking, working on a DIY project around the house, or tending to my garden — hobbies that, honestly, aren't so different from what I do professionally. They all come down to building something you're proud of.

I also serve as Co-Chairman of Abundant Commitment, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for underprivileged students — both here in our own community and across the globe in Nigeria. Because a better future isn't just a local cause. And a thriving Georgia isn't just about property values — it's about the people who call it home.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University with a dual major in Marketing and International Business — a foundation that has informed every stage of my career, from the travel industry to real estate.
