Why List With Me
Selling your home is too important to leave to chance, a lockbox, and a hope.

There is no shortage of real estate agents in Metro Atlanta. What there is a shortage of is agents who bring real expertise, a proven marketing system, honest communication, and genuine advocacy to every listing they take. That's the standard I hold myself to — and it's what I bring to your home sale.
Here's what working with me actually looks like.
1
I Hold the SRS Designation — Earned Specifically for Seller Representation
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is awarded by the Real Estate Business Institute to agents who have completed advanced training specifically in representing sellers. It covers pricing strategy, marketing, negotiation on behalf of sellers, and the legal and ethical responsibilities of seller representation. Not every listing agent holds it — and the ones who do have made a deliberate investment in being better advocates for the people they represent. I earned it because selling is a specialty, not a side effect of having a license.
2
A Marketing System That Goes Beyond the MLS
Most agents list your home on the MLS and wait. I run a full marketing campaign — professional photography and floor plans, MLSBlast email campaigns, personal outreach to top buyer's agents through reverse prospecting, targeted social media, open houses, property brochures, and a coming soon campaign to build buzz before you go live. According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2024 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, over half of buyers find their home online — and the real estate agent is the second most common source. That means owning the digital space and the agent network simultaneously is how your home gets found. That's exactly what I do.
3
Honest Pricing — Not the Number You Want to Hear
Some agents inflate the suggested list price to win your listing and then ask for reductions a few weeks later. I don't do that. My pricing recommendation is based on a thorough Comparative Market Analysis, current market conditions, and honest professional judgment — not what I think will get you to sign an agreement. An accurate price from the start means more showings, stronger offers, and a faster path to closing. That's better for you — which makes it better for both of us.
4
A Skilled Negotiator in Your Corner at Every Stage
Negotiation in a real estate transaction doesn't end when an offer is accepted — it continues through the inspection period, the appraisal, and sometimes right up to the closing table. At every stage, my job is to protect your net proceeds, your timeline, and your interests.
When offers come in, I walk you through every term — not just the price. Contingencies, financing type, closing timeline, earnest money, inspection provisions, and what the buyer is asking you to contribute all factor into the real value of an offer. I help you evaluate each offer strategically and negotiate from a position of strength. Strong marketing generates competition. Competition creates leverage. Leverage is how you get the best possible outcome — not just an acceptable one.
5
You'll Always Know What's Happening With Your Listing
One of the most common complaints I hear from sellers who had bad experiences with previous agents: "I never heard from them." That doesn't happen when you list with me. After every showing I follow up with the showing agent to collect buyer feedback and share it with you. We have a scheduled weekly call to review market activity, discuss what the data is telling us, and make adjustments when needed.
You are welcome to call, text, or email me any time. I may not answer immediately, but I guarantee a response within 24 hours — and usually much faster. Your listing is never out of sight and never out of mind.
6
A Background That Goes Beyond Real Estate
Before real estate, I built a career in senior marketing and sales leadership across the travel industry — including 14 years at Alamo Rent A Car, rising to Senior Marketing Manager; Director of Partner Marketing at Worldspan/Travelport, managing multi-million dollar supplier accounts and global advertising strategy; and Director of Marketing at Delta Vacations (formerly MLT Vacations), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. That background shapes everything about how I approach a listing — with a marketer's eye for positioning and presentation, a salesperson's discipline for follow-through, and a negotiator's instincts for protecting what matters most. Most agents just sell homes. I sell them strategically.
7
I'm Invested in This Community — Not Just This Transaction
I've lived and worked in the Metro Atlanta area for over two decades. I know these neighborhoods, these schools, these commutes, and these communities — not from a database, but from daily experience. I also serve as Co-Chairman of Abundant Commitment, Inc., a non-profit providing school supplies and college scholarships to underprivileged children locally and in Nigeria. When you work with me, you're working with someone who is genuinely invested in this community and the people in it. That doesn't change when the transaction closes.
Let's Talk About Selling Your Home
Every seller's situation is different. Let's start with a conversation about your home, your timeline, and your goals — and I'll show you exactly what a listing with me looks like. No pressure, no obligation, just straight talk.
